What to expect at a $40 session.
Group format, not solo
A coach runs multiple athletes through the same cues at once. You'll get reps in, hear corrections for your throws and everyone else's.
Bring your implement and spikes
Sessions happen on real runways and in real rings. Come dressed and ready — there's no warm-up lecture, just work.
Bring cash or Venmo on the day
Reserve your spot now, pay when you arrive. $40 per session — cash or Venmo to the coach directly. No card required to book.
Any level is welcome
Middle school through collegiate. If you throw, there's something here for you. The coach adjusts cues by athlete.
